We build working systems. In weeks, not months.

Clinical credentialing. Federal capture. Legal intake. Wildfire operations. Real business problems turned into live software — built, deployed, and operated for you.

Everything on this page is shipped work, with the numbers to prove it.

Process

Two weeks,start to running.

  1. 01
    Day 1–2
    sun

    Scope

Discovery call. Pick the capability you need and define what "done" looks like.

  2. 02
    Day 3–7
    day

    Build

We connect your systems and data, then start building — the same way we built everything above.

  3. 03
    Day 7–10
    night

    The Menehune Work

While you rest, your Menehune are learning the ropes — handling real tasks, refining workflows, getting sharper every night.

  4. 04
    Day 10–14
    dawn

    Wake to Results

A working system in your hands — live, documented, and producing. Then it keeps running, all day, all night, always learning your business.

Work

Every system hereis one we operate.

  • 01 / 08

    Documents in. Verified clinicians out.

    10 verification sources · 358-field application auto-filled

A credentialing and staffing platform for hospitals and traveling clinicians. It reads uploaded licenses, certifications and immunization records, checks each one against federal and state licensing registries, keeps them under watch as they change, and auto-fills the state credentialing application for signature.

  • 02 / 08

    Calls in. Signed clients out.

    730 leads staged · 576 matters reconciled

An intake and client-management system for an estate-planning firm. It turns the receptionist’s spreadsheet into a tracked pipeline, reads consultation transcripts and intake documents into structured client profiles, and reports conversion, timing and revenue across the whole book.

  • 03 / 08

Dictate the visit. Get the note.

466 HCPCS codes mapped · 62 fields pulled per note

A scheduling and clinical documentation system for orthotics and prosthetics practices. It records the visit, writes the structured evaluation note, suggests the billing codes with written justifications, and carries a referral from the physician’s order through e-signature to a booked appointment.

  • 04 / 08

    Solicitations in. Ranked pipeline out.

    693 federal notices scored · 32-table pipeline

A business-development workbench for federal contractors. It scans government solicitations daily, scores each one against the firm’s set-asides, codes and capabilities, then carries the best through triage, capture, teaming and a drafted proposal. Every generated artifact waits on a human approval.

  • 05 / 08

Photograph the work. Approve the record.

    52-table catalogue · 231 row-level access policies

  • 06 / 08

    ID in. Packet out.

219 form fields mapped across 5 federal forms

An onboarding system for federal contract staffing. It reads a candidate’s government ID, fills the background-investigation and employment declaration forms, then re-scans the returned PDFs and reports exactly what would get a packet rejected. A second board tracks every hire from offer through fingerprinting, training and badge pickup.

  • 07 / 08

Smoke on the ridge. Drone on station.

    14 live map layers · 23/23 end-to-end checks

A wildfire operations dashboard for electric utilities. It layers satellite fire detections, weather, radar and grid data over 3D terrain, then walks the response: camera triangulation, drone-dock dispatch ranking, thermal overwatch, and a de-energization zone an operator has to approve. It runs on public feeds and scripted scenarios — a decision aid, never a control system.

  • 08 / 08

    Five pages. One inbox.

5 public pages · shipped in under 3 hours

A static marketing site for a clinician staffing firm: what the company does, who the founders are, and a contact form that routes coverage requests straight to them. No backend, no login. Fast to load, cheap to host, easy to change.

Systems, source lines, commits and industries are counted directly from the delivered repositories, excluding dependencies and generated code. The developer-hour and dollar figures are modelled, not measured: 220,713 lines at 12 delivered lines per developer-hour — a conservative rate that already absorbs design, test, review and rework — valued at $150 per hour, both rounded down.

The legend

They built by moonlight. So do ours.

In Hawaiian legend, the Menehune were a mythical race of small, ingenious builders who worked through the night — completing incredible feats of engineering before anyone woke up. Fishponds, temples, roads — all built in a single night by tireless hands working in perfect coordination.

The ancient Menehune built fishponds by moonlight. Ours build credentialing engines, capture pipelines, and clinical systems.

  • UNIT-01

Reads licences, IDs and forms, and returns structured facts you can act on.

  • UNIT-02

Watches the federal market around the clock and surfaces what fits.

  • UNIT-03

Keeps every credential current, verified, and ready for audit.

  • UNIT-04

Turns requirements into submission-ready proposals and documents.

  • UNIT-05

Hardens the perimeter, screens what comes in, and audits what changed.
