No. Your Menehune is scoped to only the specific mailbox(es) you authorize. We use Microsoft's Application Access Policies (for M365) and equivalent controls for Google Workspace to ensure your Menehune can never access mailboxes outside its approved scope. This is verified during setup.

Yes. Your Menehune runs on dedicated infrastructure — not shared with other clients. All connections use encrypted channels (TLS/HTTPS). API credentials are stored securely and never in plaintext. We don't train AI models on your data.

Absolutely. Your Menehune follows your rules:

If you cancel, we delete all your data from our systems within 30 days. We can also provide a full export of your Menehune's memory and configuration before deletion. Your data is yours.

Yes, but we recommend one Menehune per person or team for the best experience. Each Menehune learns its user's preferences and style. For teams, we can deploy a shared Menehune in a group channel (Teams, Slack, etc.) that serves the whole team.
